Shipping Policy

      1. We packed your order on the day of order only.
      2. We will process your order to the shipping company you have choosen on the tine of checkout in 24-48 hrs.
      3. once shipped you will get the tracking id and later on for any shipping update you can check there,however you will be getting msg from us once shipped,dispatched,out for delivery and delivered.
      4. In some cases shipping can be delayed from our side,for that we will be reponsible and answerble for that.
      5. If shipping is done form our side and had delayed by the couier company,we are not answerble in this case but we can only provide support that we get from the company.
      6. In case of any delay from our side you can contact us and will let you know the shipping date.
      7. In case of couier company delay:- you can contact on pokovault.support@gmail.com and can describe your issue will response back with the solution under 24-48hrs.
